Event: The Oman Supreme COVID-19 Committee announces that, as of noon on Sunday, March 29, Oman will suspend all domestic and international flights to and from the Sultanate’s airports.
Americans looking to return to the U.S. are strongly encouraged to take remaining international flights available before noon on March 29, 2020.
The Department of State has issued a Global Level 4 Health Advisory for COVID-19.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Level 2 Global COVID-19 Outbreak Notice.
As of March 24, Oman’s Ministry of Health announced 84 confirmed COVID-19 cases within Oman’s borders.
Omani authorities barred all travelers from entering Oman through air, land, and sea borders except Omani citizens.
The Government of Oman has implemented measures to limit the spread of COVID-19.
