The virtual Information Resource Center (IRC) is the research and reference arm of the United States Embassy in Muscat, specializing in current U.S. policy, legislation, trade data, and social and cultural issues. We offer up-to-date reference services, including online databases, to meet the information needs of individuals and institutions in support of Oman’s economic, social, educational and political development.
