Ambassador Inaugurates Discover America Week at LuLu’s
U.S. Ambassador Marc J. Sievers attended LuLu Hypermarket’s inauguration of their Discover America Week at their store in Avenues Mall. For a full week, LuLu showcased the thousands of American goods they provide to their customers here in Oman. The Ambassador also highlighted the U.S.-Oman Free Trade Agreement (FTA), signed in 2009. The FTA allows companies like LuLu to import U.S. products. to Oman without paying high tarrifs or import taxes.
